P&G Salon Professional is building the next generation of stylists with their third Student Stylist Competition to be held at 2012 America’s Beauty Show, which is taking place on March 5, 2012 in Chicago, IL. The competition is open to all non-licensed students enrolled in a certified cosmetology school. Winners will receive cash and education prizes.
In order to compete in PGSP Student Stylist Competition, you must take a “before” picture of your model and then interpret one of the looks within your chosen category from Wella Professionals, Clairol Professional and Sebastian Professional, using the Inspiration Guide for your category.

The final looks will be decided on factors such as color and style, wardrobe, makeup, and personal style. You’ll then have to submit the “after” picture to PGSP. Finalists from the three categories will have the opportunity to show their models on stage at America’s Beauty Show, before a prestigious panel of educators and judges.
Fabio Sementilli, creative director of PGSP will present first place winners with a check for $1000, an all-expense paid trip to Los Angeles to attend Wella Professionals North American Trend Vision Awards, a one-year supply of PGSP product, and the choice of an in-school education course taught by a top PGSP educator. Second place winners will receive $500 and a one-year supply of product, while the third place prize includes a one-year supply of product and $250.
The last date for submitting your entries is February 7, 2012. For more information about how to enter P&G Salon Professional Student Stylist Competition 2012 visit their website or follow updates on their Facebook page
